The workshop organizers invite authors to submit papers on issues related to corporate bond, its role as: a source of financing; a mitigating agent of agency costs; an active monitor of other stakeholders; a medium of high valuation as well as bankruptcy; an agent of tax sheltering; and an alternative to traditional lending.
