40th International AFFI Conference

To register for the 40th AFFI conference, please log in to the registration platform using the following link.

Initially, you need to create a new registration account (different from the one used to submit an article via the conference website). Important information includes:

• Selecting the type of registration: AFFI or Non-AFFI member (ensure your subscription is up-to-date), PhD student, e.t.c. and providing your details (please use the same ones used for your submission if possible).
• Next, you will be prompted to indicate your attendance at various meals (lunches and Gala dinner) and cultural activities scheduled for the evening of May 27th (choose from 3 options). These cultural activities will take place just after the last sessions of the day and just before the Gala dinner.
• Finally, you will be required to select your payment method (Debit card, order form, or wire transfer).
   

Fees includes coffee breaks, lunches as well as the gala dinner, except for doctoral and PhD students (whose lower registration fees do not cover the gala dinner). To register and pay please click on the green button in the right-side menu of the conference welcome page "Register now".

In addition to the two days main conference (May 27-28), the conference includes, on the May 29, 2024, a PhD workshop for doctoral students engaged in financial research.

Hotel and all other travel-related costs are not included. Please do not forget to book your hotel. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. To help participants, we provide some information on the 'accommodations' page. Some hotels may offer stays at specially negotiated prices. Please note that the number of rooms is limited. You are strongly advised to book your hotel room as soon as possible.
